AI product descriptions in your store's voice
Katapic reads the listings you wrote and proposes a style profile. You edit it, add further instructions and save it: rewrites, catalog campaigns and listings from photos then follow it, while the facts still come only from your product data.
Correct is not enough if it does not sound like you
Generic AI copy can be accurate and still read like someone else's shop, so merchants end up rewriting it by hand.
Generic tone
Every product sounds the same, and not like the rest of your store.
The wrong length
Descriptions come out much longer or shorter than the ones your customers are used to.
Hand edits lost
You fix a text on your store, and the next update writes over it.
A style profile read from your own listings
Katapic reads a few of your listings, or up to five you choose, and never a text it wrote itself. The profile describes your tone, the length measured on your texts, the structure, typical phrases and things to avoid.
- ✓Reading your listings is free, up to three times a day
- ✓You can edit the profile before saving it, and add further instructions
- ✓Followed by rewrites, catalog campaigns and listings from photos
- ✓Never a source of facts: what a listing says still comes from your data
- ✓Catalog campaigns still never deliver a text that scores lower than before
- ✓An optional switch puts your style before the score on a single rewrite
- ✓A title or description you change by hand on your WooCommerce store is taken back, not overwritten
Use the same profile to rewrite weak WooCommerce product descriptions in bulk.

How your store's style works
Read your listings
In your company profile, Katapic reads a few of your listings, or the ones you pick.
Check the profile
Tone, length, structure, typical phrases and things to avoid, in a few lines.
Add your instructions
Anything the profile misses, in your own words.
Save and write
From then on, rewrites, campaigns and listings from photos follow it.
Why a style profile beats a tone setting
Measured, not guessed
The length comes from your own texts, not from a menu.
Facts stay facts
The style shapes how a listing is written. What it says still comes from your data and cited sources.
You choose the trade-off
If your style would lower a score, you decide with a switch, off by default.
Your edits survive
Changes made by hand on your store are kept, and when both versions changed you pick one.
What makes up a store's writing style
Five things that make a store recognisable
Customers notice when a new listing sounds out of place. What they notice is usually one of five things, and they are the five lines of the profile:
- the tone: formal, warm, technical, playful
- the usual length of a description
- the structure: an opening sentence, a list of specifications, a closing line
- the phrases the store tends to repeat
- the things the store never says
Why the style never adds facts
A profile is written from your listings, so it could carry details of specific products: a size, a material, a claim. Katapic treats it as instructions on how to write, never as evidence. The verifier that removes unsupported claims does not read the profile as a source.
Style and score
The SEO and AI search scores reward clear facts, structure and sources, so a very short or very personal style can score lower. By default the score wins: Katapic takes tone and wording from your style and never delivers a text that scores lower than before. With the switch on, a single rewrite follows your style even if the score drops, and you can put the previous text back once for free.
Your style decides how it is said. Your data decides what is said.
Store writing style FAQ
Does reading my listings cost credits?+
No. Reading your listings and proposing the profile is free, up to three times a day.
Which texts does Katapic read?+
Your own listings, or up to five you choose among them. Texts written by Katapic are never used as examples.
Where is the style applied?+
In rewrites, catalog campaigns and listings created from photos. Translations, proposed titles and the text read from photos are not affected.
Can the style make Katapic invent details?+
No. The profile is never a source of facts: what a listing says comes from your product data and cited sources, and the verifier removes anything unsupported.
What if I edit a description directly on my store?+
Katapic checks before publishing, before a rewrite and every night. A title or description changed by hand on your WooCommerce store is taken back instead of being overwritten, and if both versions changed you choose which one to keep.
Do I have to set up a profile?+
No. Without a profile nothing changes, and the brand voice you saved before keeps working until you save a profile.
